This Interior renovation included the modification of the existing dormer on the North Wall, demolition of the existing pine interior finishes, including pine wall paneling, flooring, interior trim, stair finishes and flooring. Due to the fact the project was located on the third floor of the customers home we manufactured all of the cabinetry parts at our facility and assembled and finished the cabinets on site. All interior woodwork, cabinetry, flooring and stair parts are of Mahogany. We worked very closely with the Owner and the Owner's Architect, Whipple Callender Architects to create this space. Our Team included Lotfey Electric, J.P. Toohey Painting & Wall Papering, CK Ventures, Blue Rock, Dave Lebel, 2nd Generation Flooring and Morse Drywall.
